WHAT I DRAW:

- Dragons
- Dinosaurs
- Similar creatures (gryphons, drakes, serpentoids, etc.)
- Anthro sometimes
- Humans very rarely

GENERAL:

- I can be contacted on FA, Telegram and Discord.- I take a long time to fill an order, from 1 month and more (according to the queue), and I don't have clear deadlines. If you need an illustration for a specific date, make it clear in advance (it may require an extra fee). Also to this point, if I draw your illustration for more than 4 months, you will always receive a gift from me (color fullbody lineart or full-rendered portrait of your character).- The terms of the order are negotiated before the payment and respectively before the start of the order. Any significant changes will be made only for extra charge.- I always send stages of work:
sketch, lineart, fill color, shade stage, the final rendering. Minor edits can only be made up to the shade stage.

PAYMENT:

- Payment only through Boosty (bank card) or Hipolink (PayPal).- Full Prepayment, if the price is under $300- There are some rate plans starting at $300.- If you want the work to be private, meaning I don't post it on any of my resources, then the cost will be increased by 50%.- Due to the specifics of payment (since Boosty is a DONATE service) I do not offer any refunds.- Any complex items such as armor, multibody clothing, etc. are surchargeable.

ADOPTS AND CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS:

- You have the right to use the adopt or custom character design you paid for anywhere you wish.- You have the right to claim that the custom character design is your intellectual property and that the idea belongs to you, but I, as the creator, reserve the copyright.- You have the right to resell a character design or adopt you own at no more than the price you paid for it, as long as it has no new artwork.- When reselling a design or adopt you purchased, please give the new owner these rules.- You may not create any kind of species from a design or adopt you purchased.- You have the right to make minor changes to the design.

RIGHTS:

- Customers may only post finished illustrations with my watermark and leave a link to my resources as the artist.- The copyright of the final image will remain with me. You may use the finished illustration for non-commercial purposes (upload to your galleries, put on an avatar, print posters for yourself, etc.). In general, you can do anything with the illustration, as long as it remains a non-commercial activity.- I have the right to upload any finished illustration to my galleries (FA, DA, VK, Patreon, Boosty).

IMPORTANT:

- By choosing me as your artist, you agree to all of the terms above.- I reserve the right not to accept your order without giving a reason.-T.O.S. can and will be supplemented in the future.
